How it works
The heart-berry marketplace. A member arrives with an idea and leaves with a signed funding brief: an AI-guided intake turns the idea into a plan, matches it against a curated directory of grants, and drafts the applications. Verified Indigenous firms hold a capability passport, find one another, and bid on the resulting work as consortia. The Circle is open — any member may begin at odemincircle.ca without a decision from anyone.
A Nation may take the Circle up as a programme: entrepreneurial training for members, Ode’min Circle workshops held with the community, connection to the verified contractor directory, and enrichment of that directory around the Nation’s own project. That is arranged with the Circle directly — this record holds no control for it.
The Circle runs on its own ground, apart from this record. An idea that carries sacred content is marked by its owner and defaults to the most private tier; honouring that mark at brief and charter export is still being built in the Circle. What a Nation builds in the Circle belongs to the people who built it.
Who takes part
COMMUNITY-LED MODULE
This is a community doorway. Ideas, plans, and briefs live in the Circle under the account of the member who made them; where an idea carries sacred content, the Circle defaults its disclosure to the most private tier. Nothing made in the Circle is filed into this record, and nothing in this record flows to the Circle.
Any member may begin.
The Circle stands open at odemincircle.ca. A member brings an idea, receives a funding brief, and needs no one’s permission to start. No decision arises; nothing is filed.
The Nation takes the Circle up as a programme.
A Chief may bring the Circle into the Nation’s work: entrepreneurial training, workshops held with the community, connection to the verified directory, and enrichment of that directory around the Nation’s project. That is arranged with Ode’min Circle directly; there is no control for it in this record.
