IRIS chunks, embeds, and indexes them into a private knowledge base scoped to this project. When the community you invite asks the chatbot a question, the answer is grounded in those documents with citations. When an answer cannot be grounded, the chatbot says so explicitly — and the unanswered question is recorded so you can address the gap in a follow-up disclosure.
The community Chief sets the audience: either Chief & Council only, or open to all community members. Conversation logs and the insight report that summarizes engagement (questions asked, themes, unanswered gaps) are owned by the community. They decide whether to share that report back with you.
An industry party proposes; the Chief decides.
An organisation proposes a room with a particular set of documents and audience. The Chief receives the proposal, may modify the scope, and chooses whether to open. The disclosure decision returns every cadence.
