About this module
How it works
Upload the supporting documents for your project — environmental assessments, technical reports, legal disclosures, anything you would otherwise hand to leadership as a PDF.
IRIS chunks, embeds, and indexes them into a private knowledge base scoped to this project. When the community you invite asks the chatbot a question, the answer is grounded in those documents with citations. When an answer cannot be grounded, the chatbot says so explicitly. The question is recorded in the community’s own conversation log, which you do not see. If unanswered questions become a pattern, your project room raises an alert with the count — enough to tell you the corpus has a gap to close in a follow-up disclosure. The questions themselves stay with the Nation.
The community Chief sets the audience: either Chief & Council only, or open to all community members. Conversation logs and the insight report that summarizes engagement (questions asked, themes, unanswered gaps) are owned by the community. They decide whether to share that report back with you.
Who takes part
INDUSTRY-INITIATED MODULE
Chief and Council hold member identities, questions, and reports. Industry sees the audience scope and whether a report exists; questions and citations are shared only through a report the Nation chooses to disclose.
